All activity carried out through your account is considered your own. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 50088 customer support immediately. The platform is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access due to the user's own negligence.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a 50088 user, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following actions are strictly prohibited on this platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised method to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to manipulate, hack, or disrupt the platform's systems, servers, or networks.

- A request by the user to close their own account.

Following account closure due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be frozen or forfeited depending on the severity of the breach and the outcome of internal investigations. Users who close their account voluntarily may claim any eligible balance through the standard process.
